Purchase Agreement

 

Completing the purchase of any product from FastPLR.com signifies your unconditional acceptance of our terms, conditions and the remainder of the information in this document.

 

You may not use the names: Neil Robins, Christine Robins, FastPLR.com or EasyMarketingGroup.com in your marketing or advertising when reselling any of the FastPLR.com products.

 

All products, including reseller components in this package are provided “As Is”.  You accept all responsibility for any use you make of the product and upholding any and all statements and claims.

 

You accept responsibility for personalizing any web pages, payment links and download links to any of the products that you decide to resell.

 

You accept responsibility for including a resell rights licence when reselling any FastPLR.com product.  Any and all purchasers will therefore be aware of the applicable terms and should expect legal action to be taken against them should they breech these terms.

 

When Reselling These Products:

With the exception of the FastPLR.com products sold in the “Bargain Basement” section, you may not add a FastPLR.com product to a webpage with more than two other products on it.  To understand this completely…

 

You may not add a FastPLR.com product to a webpage containing more than two other products for sale.  It matters not whether these products form part of a “set” or “bundle” or whether the second and third products are a bonus to a first product that is for sale.  In either case, you may not add a FastPLR.com product.

 

You may never give a FastPLR.com product away for free unless your licence specifically confirms that you may. 

 

If there is any doubt in your mind that what you want to do with a FastPLR.com product would be acceptable within the terms of your licence and the details herewith, please just ask!  Go to www.EMGHelp.com and lodge a ticket in the FastPLR section.

 

All of the above is simply to retain for you the value of the products you purchase.

 

We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the resell license of anyone that transgresses any of these terms.  Legal action will also be commenced.

 

FastPLR.com specializes in Private Label Rights products.  You get to change the graphics, edit it (if it's an eBook or report) put your name as the author, change the name of the product, change the copy to the webpages.  You purchase the rights to do all of this.

 

We’re not going to suggest what price you onsell it at.  That’s entirely up to you.  Having said that, if we become aware that you’ve abused the product by reselling it at ridiculously low prices, you could find your resell licence withdrawn and your ip address barred from any further purchases from FastPLR.com.

 

Instead of doing what most people will… sell it at the lowest price possible… go do some simple things to the package.  Rename it.  Create new graphics for the covers and the header/footer to the site.

 

Do some research in the same niche and see if you can find more information to add to the product.

 

Can you resell them exactly as is?  Yes, but if you’re one of the few who take the time to recreate these as a new and original product… you’ll have far more success and make more money with it.  Why else purchase Private Label Rights; the very top of the resell rights licences.

 

And talking about licences, check the licence you download with your purchase for confirmation of exactly what you can do with your new product.

 

A few suggestions:  If it’s an eBook, turn it into a physical book and sell it on Amazon, or other major book sites.

 

Make it into a video or add it to another of your existing products as a bonus to a paid product.  Turn the individual chapters into an online course and sell it that way.  Make it your own… make it unique!
