There are two main versions of PLR… “Restricted” licence and “Unrestricted” licence. And that’s why you always need to check the licence that should accompany any reseller product!
PLR broadly means that you have been given the rights to edit the product in any way, shape or form. And if it’s a good PLR product, then, in addition to the source for any document or eBook, you’ll also receive editable graphics… the most prevalent being psd files… those used for Photoshop.
Most often “restricted PLR” means that, although you can do pretty much what you will with the products themselves, including becoming the “author” of the product, you are not allowed to onsell the private label rights to your own clients. In this event… you are generally allowed to onsell Master Resell Rights.
“Unrestricted PLR” means exactly that. You can do anything at all that you like with the products or any part of the products. And that’s why “unrestricted” private label rights products are valued so highly.
Some licence restrictions come in between “restricted” and “unrestricted” and, most often, those will tell you that you’re not allowed to give the product away for free. This helps retain the value of your new product.
Just think… if you know that you’re not a good copywriter or website designer… simply purchase a good PLR product… and you instantly have the basic requirements for a unique business of your own.

Tools 2 & 3: Domain Names & Hosting… your brand new product is going to need a good domain name, and once you’re finished with personalizing it, it will need uploading onto the net, and hosted.
Tool 4: Taking Payments Online… Most people will want to pay for your new product with a credit card. So you need a service that will organize that for you… safely. Probably the most popular secure online payment service is Paypal. Another good choice is Clickbank. You should consider being a member of both.
